This year's theme is "Harmony Beyond Borders: Layered Experiences." We invite poster submissions from around the world. Our Sub-themes for the conference are expansive and imaginative,belonging, healing, personal transformation, global unity, and artistic development. We stretch beyond the borders of printmaking to encompass illustration, war art, design, graffiti, calligraphy, and typography. Winning entries will be published and displayed in an exhibition during the event. This competition is open to individuals, artists, designers, professionals, faculty and students. The competition is open to all.

**REQUIREMENTS**

SUBMIT TWO FILES:

FILE ONE: Poster
Size of the final poster: 420mm x 600mm, portrait format only
Resolution: 300 dpi
File type: JPEG or PDF
Color Mode: CMYK
**If submitting a traditional painting or drawing, it should be scanned and sent as a 300 dpi JPG or PDF.

FILE TWO: Poster Design Info, Contact Info & Bio: Combined in One Document
Format: MS Word Doc. or PDF format
Write up about the design: Maximum 150 words and should be written in English. Include title, date, location, and medium. **A medium in the art world is the term for the material used to create artwork. For example: paint or inks, sculpting materials, fabric, glass etc.
Contact Info: Name, Address, Email, Telephone number, Name and Address of Institution in English.
Your Bio/Personal Information: Maximum of 100 words and should be written in English.

Deadline for Poster Submission: 6th January 2024
Declaration of Poster Results: 25th January 2024

Each participant is allowed a maximum of ONE entry only.

Competition Rules & Regulations
All posters must be original art. No trademarked or copyrighted images or phrases should be used.
Any mixed media suitable for reproduction as a poster is allowed, including computer-generated graphics.
If submitting a traditional painting or drawing, it should be scanned and sent as a 300 dpi JPG or PDF.
All winning entries become the property of the symposium and the organisation.

Winners
Winners will be chosen by the panel of Creative Printing Conference judges and announced by December 13, 2023.
